BPA Labs onboards one of the world's leading training providers and organizations to accredit agile courses and ensure all learning takes you on a journey to agile mastery.

What we do

We help organizations to cultivate an agile mindset and enable sustainable organizational agility. Our approach is not tied to any specific Agile methodology, thus giving people the flexibility to blend agile flavors and practices in a way that makes sense for their reality.

In pursuit of our mission, we work with experts and pioneers certified by ICAgile. They continuously work with course providers to accredit new or existing courses against proven learning objectives. In turn, these courses can be offered to agile individuals and organizations for professional-level certifications.

In addition to accreditation and professional-level certifications, BPA Labs offers a competency-based expert certification program, which is unique in the industry. The ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) certifications are extremely prestigious and are only awarded to individuals who demonstrate competence in a given track via a rigorous review process in front of a panel of industry-recognized experts.

We offer the following certification courses partnering with coaching experts recognized by International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). It is a community-driven organization that consists of pioneers, experts and trusted advisors.

Agile Fundamental
ICAgile Certified Agile Fundamentals - ICAgile ICP

Agile Fundamentals emphasizes starting with an Agile mindset, not a single methodology or framework.

This course is developed for:

Since the ICP is foundational and the gateway to all other ICAgile tracks, the ICP certification has the broadest target audience. It is appropriate for those new to the agile world, and for practitioners who recognize the need to focus on "being" agile in addition to "doing" agile. Training providers may tailor course delivery for specific audiences and career levels, while still ensuring coverage of all learning outcomes.

Certified Agile Team Coach Program
ICAgile Certified Agile Coach - ICP ACC

The ICP-ACC is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. The certification focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team.

This certification introduces participants to foundational team coaching skills and team development concepts for starting and growing teams while focusing on teams and organizations as human systems. A key part of this certification focuses on developing an understanding of the professional coaching skillset and the value of honing these skills to serve individuals on an agile team.

Typically, training providers will cover the required learning outcomes for this certification in approximately 21 hours of instructional activities over the course of three days.
